Administrative Assistant



Position Summary:

Provide assistance in all areas of company operations

Experience and Qualifications:

High School graduate, one year prior experience preferred.

Essential Functions:  

1. Backup to Receptionist and clerical functions relating to reception: distributing mail, filing, updating reports

2. Monitor, update Excel spreadsheets

3. Manage Live Chat and inquiries that come in

4. Follow up on deliveries, verify delivery dates with tracking carriers for accuracy

5. Data entry/Order entry

6. Must be flexible and willing to change responsibilities as needed

Competency/Skill Requirements:  

1. Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task.

Working Environment:  

Office environment.
