Helping Military Families with Operation Homefront

We have just received a wonderful update from our friend and partner at Operation Homefront.  We thought we would share it.

Operation Homefront provides emergency financial and other assistance to the families of our service members and wounded warriors.

Below is an email the North Carolina chapter received from the service member’s family:

I wanted to let you know that I got the bed home. I have not opened the boxes yet. I am waiting until my Dad gets here this weekend to help me put it together! Thank you so much and please let Luther Sales know how grateful we are for their support!!

How do you define Furniture on Credit?

The one question we often hear. What does it mean to buy furniture on credit. The big difference is our credit terms are customizable, people can choose from 12, 24, or 36 months to pay for their furniture.  In addition, people can pick the frequency of payment, from weekly, bi-weekly semi monthly, or monthly.

These are just one or many reasons we are different from other buy on credit, or rent-to-own companies. We stand by our motto, when we say  “Luxury Made Easy”.

Buying on Credit Made Easy Update – New Navigation & Sears Products On Credit

LutherSales has released a brand  new navigation, making it easier to find what you want.  Our new sales department navigation makes finding categories fast and easy.

We listened to our customers and made the product departments easier to find and navigate.  The new department drop down menus are now even more consistent with our vast product offerings.

In addition, we super-sized the search box.  Finding products on credit, is easy.  Search our catalog of products  by name or item #.  Search saves you time and pin points the products you might have seen in our catalog.

And we didn’t stop there, we also added a new section of Sears Branded Products like Kenmore Appliances.  These products found at Sears, are now available to all LutherSales customers with a log-in.  If you do not have a log-in, set up an account. It takes less than 5 minutes.  Use your email address and password to see the products available through our newest retail partner, Sears!

Luthersales and Operation Homefront – Received a 4 star rating from Charity Navigator

LutherSales has always enthusiastically supported our military heroes.  We are took  that support a step further by supporting our U.S. military families as well.  We  donated  an entire suite of brand name furniture and home accessories to a family in need.   The event was a great success for everyone involved. So much so, that Operation Homefront received 4 stars from  Charity Navigator, America’s largest independent charity evaluator, provides free financial evaluations of America’s charities.

Here is the letter we received:

I wanted to share some good news with you.

With the attached letter from Charity Navigator, we were just notified that Operation Homefront has once again been given a four-star rating!  This is our fifth year in a row – an achievement of only 4% of ALL charities they rate.

This recognition is even more meaningful as Charity Navigator included for the first time this year additional rating areas related to organizational governance.  This additional requirement resulted in 20% of all rated charities having their rating lowered, while Operation Homefront remained at their highest 4-star rating level.

We are proud of the support we are able to provide and our stewardship of contributions like yours.  We simply couldn’t do it without you.
