Simple S’Mores Cups!

In honor of S’Mores Day, enjoy this melty, marshmallow-y, simple and delicious S’mores Cups recipe:
INGREDIENTS
  • Graham Crackers
  • Chocolate Chips or a Chocolate Bar chopped into pieces
  • Large Marshmallows
  • 6 tablespoons butter- melted
  • Powdered Sugar- ¼ cup
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Crush 8 graham crackers in a food processor or in a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Add the melted butter* to the graham crackers and add the powdered sugar. I did this in the food processor just pulsing until it was ready.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  4. Take a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs and place inside the muffin tins.
  5. Use the back of the spoon or your fingers to push down on the graham crackers so your base doesn’t fall apart later.
  6. Put into a 350 degree oven for about 6 minutes.
  7. When it firms up just a bit, drop chocolate chips or a piece of chopped up chocolate bar on top of the crust.
  8. Sprinkle a few mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
  9. Place in the oven for about 2 minutes.
  10. The chocolate should melt and the marshmallow should puff and get a tiny bit browned.
  11. Once the marshmallows are puffy go ahead and remove from oven.
  12. Let cool in the pan for several minutes and remove. If you remove before they are cooled, they will crumble.
